OVERHEAD PIPE LEAK AND BURST

An overhead pipe within a corporate building leaked and burst within a commercial storage unit, which caused massive quantities of dust and debris to cover the whole unit's walls and floor nearly a foot deep in residue. Our team commenced with a deep cleansing of the area using both our equipment and by hand cleaning.

The nature of this type of damage and its location can remain unnoticed for an extended timeframe, which can eventually lead to more comprehensive damage to the structural integrity of the unit, which includes the frame and drywall. This will increase the work load of the cleanup and overall cost of the repair job in general.
