Storm Roof Damage

TWO INCHES OF WATER IN COMMERCIAL BUILDING

A storm contained powerful winds and heavy rain. A section of a commercial roof was blown off the building. Our SERVPRO  provided tarps for protection from extended water damage and moisture during the storm and heavy rains. We completed the roof repair and began the storm damage restoration.

During the mitigation it was concluded that the carpet and pads could be restored since the water had come from a clean source.

If the building had flooded from outside water there would have ben a lot more work including demolition of the walls and flooring.
