Storm Damage in Sun Room

After prolonged exposure from improper management, this sunroom became heavily damaged from rain that leaked in from the roof. The production crew on site removed the content before extracting the water from the basement. Once the extraction was completed, they were able to clean and treat the affected floor. Notice the rust stains from the water damage. These stains were able to be removed by our production crew during the cleaning process. The after picture was taken just a few short days after the loss occurred. The customer was pleased with our work.
