OVERHEAD PIPE LEAK AND BURST

An overhead pipe leaked and burst within a commercial storage unit, causing massive quantities of dust and debris to cover the entire unit's walls and floor nearly a foot deep. The team commenced with a deep cleaning of the area with both our equipment and by hand cleansing.

The nature of this kind of damage and its location can go unnoticed for an extended period of time, which can eventually lead to longer lasting damage to the structural integrity of the unit, including the frame and drywall. This will increase the work load and cost of the repair job in general.
